Abstract

The emphasis is on volunteer work as flexible, targeted and efficient in solving socio-civil problems. Volunteering is a tool for developing the skills of partnership interaction between participants in the educational process of a preschool educational institution, provided that individual participation is transformed into collective action; the desire, to the best of one's abilities and the availability of free time, to successfully complete jointly developed plans and programs; cooperation with colleagues in a spirit of mutual understanding and mutual respect; non-disclosure of confidential information, if such is provided for by the nature of the activity; determination of the boundaries of voluntary cooperation.
