Abstract
The article the given results of researches are in relation to pre-conditions and essence of origin of corporation. An author investigates problems beginning the origins of corporations, which appear within the framework of evolution of forms of enterprise associations, from VIII-VI to our era. In the article an author proves that all lines of corporations were incarnated in a joint-stock company, as in the higher form of enterprise associations.
