Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of modern teaching methods in the study of biomedical disciplines in higher education institutions in Ukraine and the world over the past five years. The purpose of the study is to generalize modern approaches to teaching biomedical disciplines and identify the most effective pedagogical technologies. Domestic and international studies that highlight the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods, simulation technologies, digital platforms, blended and distance learning, as well as innovative approaches, in particular the “flipped classroom” method and the use of immersive technologies (VR), are analyzed. The generalization of the study results allowed us to identify key trends in the development of biomedical education: the transition to student-centered learning, the integration of digital technologies, an interdisciplinary approach, and an increased role for students’ independent work.
