Abstract
The dissertation investigates the problem of the formation of information culture of the future bachelors of philology in the study of information and computer sciences cycle. Described the content and structure of the concept of "information culture of bachelor of philology". Analyzed the state of the problem of the formation of information culture of bachelor of philology in psychological and pedagogical science and practice in Ukraine and abroad. Investigated the value of information and computer sciences cycle in formation process of information culture. It was determined that the studied phenomenon is the subject of scientific debate, interpreted according to the priority of certain theoretical approaches – cultural, informational and others. Developed, validated and experimentally tested of content, forms and methods of formation of information culture of the future bachelors of philology in the study of information and computer sciences cycle. Defined the criteria and levels of information culture of bachelor of philology.
