Abstract
In the article the processes of education and development of children are analyzed by facilities of labor as one of basic elements in adjusting of interpersonally and public relations; forming of the valued consciousness on the basis of perception of surrounding reality, awareness of its personality and public meaningfulness on the stage of transmission of coultourno-istorichnih values through labor effort; becoming of cognitive tsinnisnosti child as a regulator of its conduct; forming of child's consciousness of directed on acceptance of adequate independent labor decisions; domestic labor education how an initial stage is at a viboudovi professional trajectory.
