Abstract
Students’ self-learning work is becoming more popular in educational process of higher school. Its capacity can be expanded by increasing the effectiveness of the management system of students’ self-learning work. This situation is characteristic and for the training of lawyers. The notion of Management mechanism by law students’ self-learning work is defined. A feature of management mechanisms of dean’s office in providing of the realization of designing and organization of future lawyers’ self-learning work and educational-organizational terms for its implementation is marked. The list of reasons that determine the objective necessities of use of mechanisms is indicated. The first reason is a presence of requirements to the content of the training of lawyers. The second reason is necessity of realization of preparatory work by faculty’s departments and dean’s office on the substantial, methodical and organizational levels. The third reason to use of management mechanisms by dean's office is the need to create of conditions for the organization by educators and self-organization by students the self-learning activity during a semester. The fourth reason is caused by self-organizational need of the faculty. Appropriate management mechanisms are given to each reason.
