Abstract

The higher school in Ukraine needs reformation of approaches in the organization of educating of specialists. One of its directions is the development of area of the students’ self-learning activity. This fact is typical for the law education, including. The effective mechanism of modernization of the indicated component of the educational process is the introduction of a management system of the future lawyers’ self-learning activity using a specific technology. It will give an opportunity to solve problem disparity of higher school’s need in providing of high quality of training lawyer to the real state of regulation of his self-learning activity. The objective highly sought of management technology is conditioned by the necessity of harmonization of students’ class and self-learning work, the cast of lawyers training in educational institutions of different type to the uniform conditions, a content order by law students' education. The specificity of the management technology by the students’ self-learning activity defines its characteristics: objective-target, subject, functional, meaningful and temporary. The management technology has three ways of introduction in an educational process: normative, using of instructions on initiative of leaders and mixed. These circumstances and characteristics of the management technology by the future lawyers’ self-learning activity determine the five principles of its implementation. The first from them is the principle of awareness of all persons in the institute of the management activities’ content. The second principle of realization of technology is providing of responsibility of each of persons for efficiency of entire of all system. The next principle determines possibility of correction realization of technology depending on the state of students’ self-learning activity. The fourth principle underlines the necessity for constant feedback between representatives of different management levels. The last principle regulates the harmonization of management of future lawyers’ self-learning activity in the implementation of a technology process with the basic events of organization of educational process at higher school. The research results can be used by educational institutions in the introduction of management technology of the future lawyers’ self-learning activity.
