Abstract

Evaluated the role of public examinations in the development of pre-schools in rural areas of Ukraine and other republics of the Soviet space in the 60-70s of 20-th century. It is stressed that public reviews were the force that were able to raise public pre-school education to the next higher level. Determined the ways of future development of preschools in rural areas of Ukraine, relying on the past experience.
