This article provides comparative analysis of researches and is related to teenagers' creative potential development, describes modern tendencies in the researches related to the formation of intellectually developed creative personality. This article reviews commonly used theories of creativity development, the role of motivation in creative process and the influence of various factors in social surrounding on teenagers' creativity. This abstract describes psychological conditions of teenage personality development, peculiarities of self-consciousness, intellectual activity and dynamic development of such individual thinking peculiarities as creativity, independence, flexibility. It characterizes main signs of creative thinking and peculiarities of theoretical reflexive thinking. Moreover, this article analyses the role of creative tasks in the forming of intellectually developed personality, clearly defines main psychological peculiarities of teenagers' personality development. It reveals the signs of creative thinking productivity and teenagers' personality creative development.
