Abstract
The article deals with the interrelation between verbal and visual figures in the story ‘Juda’s death’ by R. Ivanychuck. Associative connection between the text (story ‘Juda’s death’) and the pre-text (the mural painting ‘The Last Supper’ by Leonardo da Vinci), between text and its material (tangible)medium, i.e. literary journal, has been revealed.
