Abstract
Globalization processes that determine the life of modern civilization, require identification of the main priorities not only in the nature and content of education, but also in the development of pedagogical research focused on certain historical changes. There is an urgent need to identify a new strategies and identifying the main directions of scientific and pedagogical activity based on the depth of fundamental changes that have fundamentally changed the human community. In modern world formed a specific situation caused by changes in the social, economic and cultural spheres of society and the changes of the modernperson. It is no coincidence modern philosophers and historians, sociologists and cultural experts so hotly debate about the exhaustion of the capacity of post-industrial civilization and the formation of noosphere society. Replacing the classical global concepts come the so-called "soft" methods of knowledge, aimed to subjectivity, personal- individual phenomena. A paradigm shift towards a postnonclassical science predertermine the design stage of the postnonclassical understanding changes in culture, art and education. Truth is not unique, it depends on the aspect of interpretation – that is the main idea of this phase. To didactic features of postnonclassical type of scientific rationality in their knowledge, according to scientists, are: dominant humanistic values; spiritual and moral values; quality of education, based on the core competencies of thepupil.
