Abstract
The thesis is devoted to the theoretical grounding of the concept of the integrated mechanism of public administration of human development, determining the ways of provision of the constructive regulatory influence on the process of formation of the value-motivational basis of human development by governmental authorities under conditions of transformation of Ukrainian society. In the thesis the significance of human development, the ways of its assessment for sustainable development are investigated; theoretical foundations of public administration essence of human development under conditions of transformation of Ukrainian society are generalized; initial methodological preconditions for the formation of the concept of integrated public administration of human development in the transformation of Ukrainian society are defined; peculiarities of the transformation processes of Ukrainian society and their influence on the public administration of human development are described; the necessity to improve the regulatory and legal framework of human development in Ukraine is examined; the current state of human development in Ukraine and its regional characteristics are assessed; conceptual framework of the integrated public administration of human development is grounded; possibility of state ideology usage to create value-motivational basis of human development is considered; practical approaches to using communication mechanism of cooperation between government authorities and public to solve the problems of human development are improved; methodological approaches to the formation of program-targeted mechanism of public administration of human development are improved.
