Abstract
This monograph is devoted to questions of formation and realization of investment potential households to ensure economic development. The new mechanisms of state regulation of investment. Special attention is paid to the problems of nature saving processes and their impact on GDP expanded reproduction, the state's role in shaping the motivational component of investing households, particularly investment sentiment motivating workers and their involvement in the acquisition of domestic investment products.
