Abstract
In article it is spoken about concept of parametric and nonparametric static criteria, features their application, and also examples of their implementation for an assessment of the received results of research. It is marked that for simplification of routine operations, in case of execution of the intermediate calculations it is necessary to apply the specialized software of data analysis and their short analysis is given
