Abstract
Social consensus is a factor in the integration of communicative reason. Provided consensus macro and micro level. In a long‒term consensus, preceded by a compromise, put common, similar values of the participants of communication, as well as the principle of impartiality and fairness. Adhering to the basic requirements of the consensus can be achieved by civil concord, which performs the function of social stabilizer.
