Abstract
In a monograph the scientific and practical task is certain as to grounded and determination strategy of industrial potential regional development on the example o f the Lugansk region. The theoretical bases o f forming the industrial potential in the region and methodological base o f it’s effective usage are explored. In the work the stages of industry on east of the country development is certain, the results of industrial potential analysis in the Ukraine regions are resulted. The scientific-methodical is formed to grounded the strategy of industrial potential regions development and development of industrial potential strategy in the Lugansk region is carried out. A monograph can be profit for the workers of public,central and regional authorities, and ministries and departments, organs of local selfgovernment, research workers, teachers and students which study the a particular branch question of the regional economy
