Abstract
A course is «Lexicology» has for an object to acquaint students with theoretical bases of lexicology and lexicography; to develop and perfect skills of the practical use of linguistic units in a communicative process;to prepare future teachers of foreign language to work from forming of lexical abilities and skills for students.
