Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of preservation of health of primary school-aged children. Taking into account the data of multiple investigations the author says that the highest degree of health is moral health, because person’s physical condition depends of his/her degree of moral development. One of factors of preservation of health is moral and ethical development of a child, which is based on learning of moral and ethical norms and formation of axiological attitude to these norms. Learning of moral and ethical norms and principals of behavior will be complete if moral and ethical example is not only relevant for a pupil but also invites to self-improvement.
