Abstract
It is specified in the article that acmeology changes essentially the accents in the field of professional linguistic training. The necessity of introducing new courses and special courses focused on the latest achievements of linguistics that will facilitate the development of philologists’ human potential into academic activity in the higher educational establishments is indicated. The article specifies the general characteristics of the special course called “The Historical Morphonology of the Ukrainian Language”.
