Abstract
In the article the process of student centered approach is analysed in private higher educational establishment of Ukraine, him normative, educational, public and philosophical іntenti in modern realities. On the basis of the philosophical understanding of essence of education as student centered quintessence in modern society, it phenomenological weight, an author tries to formulate base principles of individual, personality oriented approach of activity of higher private school. Analysis of existent properties and project’s results of educational institution of public benefit − higher educational establishment of private form, determine development of the view-valued and in-theoretical aspects of educational and social work in the context of the globalizing world. А Problem solve prestige of higher school, confession of him trade mark (diploma) by employers; quality of process of studies; possibilities are for scientific researches; material and technical base; presence of the special (unique) educational programs. The chronic problems of educational deprivation updated, which during many years did not give possibility the graduating students of higher educational establishments to be realized at the market of labour. The effective constituents of higher private school are determined in Ukraine. Principles of scientific analysis and synthesis at the use of structurally functional and statistical methods, and also it was allowed the method of comparative analysis to probe successful and effective introductions of studies of private school an author in Ukraine.
