Abstract
The goal - to provide information about the structure of the system and the principles of functioning of modern telecommunication systems, local area networks, the Internet and distributed computing resources for use in further action. Objective: - Develop knowledge of the general principles of construction of computer telecommunications technology; - Buy skills and abilities necessary for the rational use of modern computer networks, peripheral devices and the Internet. A study of the discipline the student must know: - Basic concepts of the theory of telecommunications; - Principles of operation of computer networks; - The processes occurring during transportation information; - Theoretical principles of networks; - Basic principles and technology model of open systems; - Computer software for testing and diagnosing networks; - Methods and techniques of tuning and maintenance of computer networks. be able to: - To carry out studies of the structure and principles of computer and information and communication technologies; - Investigate the types of software used for the operation of computer networks; - To carry out the installation, configuration and maintenance of computer networks; - Create educational projects based on the technology of computer networks.
