Abstract

This paper outlines the necessity of defining the strategic guidelines for improving the process of professional training of future teachers, speech therapists, as currently existing society needs to train professionals in the field of correctional education, able to effectively work in a preschool and secondary schools with inclusive learning, have not been successful in the system of higher pedagogical education. Author determines the main strategic guidelines for the improvement of professional training of students of specialty "Correctional Education. Logopaedics ", by the observance of which, we believe, will depend on their level of compliance with the needs of society and readiness of higher education institutions respond to social challenges, ensuring faster than the role of universities in educational reform. Currently, we are given the key to the following guidelines. The first one is the separation of methodological approaches to the professional training of teachers, speech therapists, to work in inclusive education based on social and cultural factors, phenomena and processes that directly affect the choice of strategy for education. Definitely non-social model of social attitudes towards people with disabilities, such as having a key guideline in step improvement of professional training of teachers, speech therapists, to work in a general area. As a methodological framework the role of cultural-historical theory of L. Vygotskii, which currently is an effective tool for solving problems of productive integration of the child into society and general environment is emphasized. The second is a conceptual study of the process of training teachers, speech therapists, to professional activity in the inclusive education on competency based approach. The leading conceptual and motivational guidance competency approach in future speech therapists is to develop them professionally important tumor personality - professional competence in the field of training, education and development of children with severe speech disorders in terms of inclusive education, to which should be directed goals, content, form and methods of professional training in higher education, which requires appropriate didactic software.
