Abstract

Based on the analysis of the content of scientific works on the theory of educational management in Ukraine in the post-Soviet period (1991-beginning of the XXI century) the basic vectors of development are discovered in the article. The vector of development of theory educational management is the main direction of research, which is determined by a certain reference (readout) point characterizing the state of the theory of educational management at the time of Ukraine's independence and by its perspective course to the declared goal taking into consideration some of considering specific concept or content, process, tools and methodological tools of this movement and is described by the formula «from – to».
