Abstract

In the article the possibility of introducing e-learning in postgraduate teacher education.Presents several models of postgraduate education that can be offered to teachers for professional development. E-learning is possible and the traditional professional development and the use of long-acting models based educational institutions or public means of online resources and adaptive learning. The choice of model of learning depends not only on the wishes of teachers, availability of Postgraduate Education to provide e-learning, but also from ICT competence, critical thinking, the ability to learn independently participants in the educational process.
