Abstract

The author of the scientific research reflects on disclosure of potential problem of pedagogy and using it by teacher for his professional development and perfection. The possibilities of transgressive pedagogy in the modern condition are defined: culturological orientation of theory and practice, creative and innovative character of pedagogical process, spiritual and ethic self-development of teacher. It is examined content and technological resources of pedagogy for improvement the efficiency of pedagogical activity and achivement of acmeological goals by the teacher.
