Abstract

The article presents the model and program on constructive potential activation of teachers’ intrapersonal conflict. Intrapersonal conflict in teacher’s professional activity is examined as the system phenomenon which is based on the collision of different personality educations as a result of sharpening of social-psychological and іntrapersonal contra-dictions of teacher has got personal sense for her/him and it is arisen in professional activity of teacher.
