Abstract

The publication highlights the theoretical foundations of modeling the process of forming professional competence of primary school teachers on the base of implementing the idea of subject-subject interaction between teacher and student in the context of professional teacher training. The model of a named process, presented as binary and multicomponent model. It is noted that the implementation of the proposed model involves the formation of teachers in readiness for the implementation of an educational activity on subjective grounds.
