Abstract
The article clarifies the essence of the concept «responsibility» as an integrative moral qualities of a personality, which is characterized by the presence of knowledge about moral norms, conscious and voluntary fulfillment of their duties, accountable for their actions and deeds, conscious self-education. The article considers the potential of extracurricular activities on the formation of the responsibility of future teachers of preschool education. Forms of responsibility formation among future teachers of preschool education in extracurricular activities (curatorial hours, project activities, thematic discussions, role and imitation games, etc. ) are analyzed.
