Abstract

The choice of the type of loyalty program and directs to stimulate consumers is influenced by a combination of many factors, such as: the level of service, the quality of goods and services, price policy, merchandising, etc. First and main factor of influence on consumers is understanding and efective use of means of influence based on the values and properties of Ukrainian modern society. Mentality of our country, current economic situation need of implementation a vital necessity loyalty programs for organizations and for clients. Program of loyalty is successful if it is formed on the basis of the results of a thorough information study of the needs of individual consumers and society.
