Abstract

The concept of training work with first-year students, having hearing impairment was created. The functional significance of dreams as a theoretical model of an ideal future of man was analyzed. The main functions of dreams such as: motivating, forming, saturating, compensatory, innovation, functions of anticipation, goal definition and planning, personal protection and comfort were systematized. The peculiarities of the dreams of students with hearing impairments were diagnosed. The relationship between prognostic development of individuality and its adaptive resources was analyzed. The conditions and peculiarities of adaptation of hearing-impaired students for College education were studied. Theoretical model of training with dreams of hearing-impaired students based on the concept of realistic dreams quite related to the potential accomplishments of the individual was described. In the framework of our model, the real dream is regarded as a phenomenon, which under favorable conditions leads to action, which, in turn, contributes to the realization of dreams. Plan and training program for first-year students with hearing impairments was developed. The purpose of the training lies in finding and articulating a dream related to professional activity and creation on its basis the strategy of self-development. Technical characteristics and conditions of training, as well as the criteria of training effectiveness were identified. The article presents theoretical basis for the development of the training, describes the training process model and analyzes the practical applications and mechanisms of its implementation.
