Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of the problem of partner interaction between a teacher and a student. Partnership interaction of a teacher and a student is considered as an option subject-subjective interaction based on cooperation. The principles of partnership interaction in the best way can be realized through the following technologies in teaching: coaching, mentoring, consulting, training, tutoring, moderation and facilitation. The list of professional competencies of the teacher of the higher education institution, which is necessary for the implementation of partnership interaction as a pledge of high-quality professional activity in modern conditions, is determined.
