Abstract

Possible ways to overcome the digital severance between teachers and students, the lack of motivation of older generation of pedagogues to overcome such severance, unmotivation of young pedagogues to work in the field of education are analized in the article. In it the approaches are suggested to solve indicated problems by the means of changes in educational programs, refusal of the unification of pedagogical education, ensurance of practical-oriented approach in teacher training, strengthening of human-science content of pedagogical education, development of leadership qualities of pedagogues, ability to combine knowledge of Developmental Psychology with usage of innovative learning technologies. Considerable attention is paid to issues of change of social position of pedagogues in Ukraine as the necessary condition for the transition to priority of human development.
