Abstract

Sports aerobics – a kind of sport, a kind of gymnastics, where athletes perform difficult coordination exercises for rhythmic music. First, in the second half of the twentieth century, aerobics appeared in the US as a scientifically based, balanced and traumatic safety program for oxygen saturation of the body to strengthen the cardiovascular system and the human musculoskeletal system. Sports aerobics is one of the youngest sports that is still being formed. At the same time, in recent years there have been many methodological and scientific studies describing the system of training in complex coordination sports. In the study of many authors Boloban V.G. [1], Vavin L.V. [2], Gudym I.M. [3], Kuzmenko V.U. [6], various forms of health-improving gymnastics, sports aerobics, and dances are systematized and actively intro- duced into the process of physical education of students. The stages of training in sports associated with complex coordination acquire relevance.
