Abstract

The article describes the existing approaches to the selection of criteria and indicators resultevent linguistic/philological training of students. Selected two approaches to the construction of criteria pilot study - system (reflects the formation of speech competence of future teachers of foreign languages as a system selected by the researcher knowledge, skills, competences, personal and professional qualities) and teaching (assessment of learning level of individual courses or key language competences). Allocated and describes the value-motivational, organizational, communicative, socio-cultural, reflexive and effective vocational and professional criteria and their corresponding indicators. Designed reference levels of speech competence of future foreign languages teachers - high (skilled), secondary (independent), low (elementary).
