Abstract

In this article Germany’s experience of pedagogical education’s reforming with the goal of pedagogical staff preparation’s quality improving is viewed. The peculiarities of theoretical component and future teacher’s practical skills and abilities connection are analyzed. The possibility of taking into account the positive German experience in the process of preparation quality improving of pedagogical staff in universities of Ukraine as a part of the European educational space is viewed.
