Abstract

The article analyzes the approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of reflection. Reflection is considered as a universal characteristic, which, in a complex situation challenges of the present, allows young professionals to qualitatively realize creative potential, to counteract professional deformation and to become on the path of spiritual growth. Also, the understanding of reflection as meta-ability is grounded, which determines the integrity of life and the success of communication of personality. The results of the empirical study of the features of the reflection of future specialists are revealed. The peculiarities of the development of reflexivity in students of different specialties are highlighted, a comparative analysis of the peculiarities of the manifestation of different types of reflection in them is carried out. In particular, it was found that students of all specialties are the most expressed in the reflection of future activities, at the same time, the underdeveloped reflection of the present activity. It has been established that for most students there are unproductive types of reflection. Also, relatively low indicators have a systemic reflection that determines the integrity of the person's life and her creative growth. The conducted empirical research revealed some problems in the development of reflexivity of students of different specialties. Therefore, the results require a further differentiated approach to the substantiation of the conditions for the development of productive reflection in students of different specialties at the initial stages of their professional development. Such a justification will be presented by us in further scientific publications.
