In this article is considered the problem of the future languages teachers‟ mobility forming during their professional education. The results of recent researches and publications on the investigated phenomenon are analyzed and summarized. The purpose of this article is to characterize the role of professional mobility in the professional training of foreign language teachers. On the basis of generalization of information, the author identifies components of professional mobility, such as: personal, activity, cognitive and communication. Taking into account the structure of the investigated phenomenon, the criteria for diagnosing the components were identified: inductive, procedural and cognitive-communication. The results of experimental research on the basis of conducted questionnaires and statistical data processing are presented. Conclusion is made: professional mobility is a necessary quality of the future language teacher, which is formed in the process of professional education.
