Abstract

The article concerns the results approbation of the program dealing with psycho-educational optimization of professional self-appraisal of teachers-to-be. Effectiveness of the external management mechanism is shown for dynamical process of professional self-appraisal development of teachers-to-bethrough enhancing of their knowledge level, activation of reflection processes and purposeful self-development
