Abstract

The article is devoted to the implementation of competence-based approach in preschool and primary education. The problems of competent teacher’training in the system of preschool and primary education are discussed. Revealed issues of creating psychological and pedagogical conditions of realization of inclusive education in pre-school and general education school.
