Abstract

The aim of the presented material is to show the changes taking place in inclusive education due to its complex cultural heritage, which presents education with increasingly difficult tasks. The author emphasizes the importance of the activity of all participants of school life for the dynamics of the emergence of a new, inclusive school culture. In this new diverse reality, it assigns special tasks to education decision-makers and teachers. He treats subjectivity and educational dialogue as two basic canons that should define the goals and tasks pursued in inclusive education in diverse groups. In the article, the author answers the basic question: What educational space is created by the culture of inclusion, what values it sets and what changes should be made in order for the process of changes to favour the emergence of the culture of the School for All.
