Abstract
This article explores the peculiarities of the development strategy of future preschool teaches professional training. Thought the comparative analysis carried characterization of individual strategies of vocational education teachers in Ukraine and Western Europe. Found that in terms of national higher education strategy is to aspects such as: expanding the network of pre-schools, providing opportunities for acquiring higher education staff non- qualified pre-school staff, the introduction of the revised standard pre-school education and so on. In Western Europe strategy is seen in the European integration of pre-school education in different countries, which will improve preschool education programs, developing new guidelines for the level of education of preschool children. One of the priorities of strategic development is the formation of foreign language competence, providing occupational mobility within the Western European countries and beyond. However, a common strategy for Ukraine and Western Europe is expanding the network of pre-schools, integrating content preschool education, development of standards of professional training of pre-school sector. On the basis of a separate group that foreign language education of future specialists of preschool education in Ukraine is left unattended, as scholars and practitioners who are trained pre-school teachers in local Ukrainian kindergartens. Further studding is supposed to be about finding mechanisms for implementing strategies of future specialists of preschool education
