Abstract
In the article the specific features of the distance education are probed after electronic educational courses in higher educational establishments of Ukraine (on materials of certificated electronic educational course «Science about a country: German language». It is set an author, that the controlled from distance university formation of Ukraine will be realized by bringing in of students to the studies after electronic educational courses from different normative or additional disciplines within the limits of formal education. Within the limits of research found out the problems of formal approach of teachers to creation of electronic educational courses, and, as a result, understated motivation, froze in relation to the controlled from distance studies. In the article outlined structural elements of author electronic course «Science about a country: German language» and grounded intercommunication between the semantic filling of the presented electronic educational course and proof motivation froze to realization of the controlled from distance university education. It is in particular discovered that for system introduction of the distance studies and it`s effective functioning in the universities of Ukraine it is necessary to inculcate the row of measures: from the side of collective of teachers constantly operating seminars on forming of IKT-jurisdictions of teachers, bar-kempi from an improvement and deepening of skills of integration of information and pedagogical technologies in activity of teacher, trainings from creation of electronic educational course, competitions on the best constituents of electronic educational course, individual advising of teachers; from the side of students is a systematic improvement of informative kompetentnostey students within the limits of formal university education and self-education, bringing in of students to creation of elements of electronic educational coursein a tandem with the teachers of university, questionnaire of students, in relation to quality of electronic educational course.
