Abstract
The article is dedicated to theoretical analysis of current state of the problem of how innovational pedagogical activity influences personal and professional development of elementary school teachers, who implement and further fine-tune innovational models of developmental and educational directions. The article also presents the results of comparative analysis of structural and functional components of traditional and innovational pedagogical activities in the context of their potential requirements to the level of personal and professional development of teachers from the perspective of high efficiency and effectiveness of their professional activities.
