Abstract
The article defined the features of the professional activity of the head of institutions of secondary education. The features of emotiogenic situations in the professional activity of the head of institutions of secondary education are determined. The development of emotional intelligence is considered as a personal resource of head, which affects the efficient execution of his professional activity in emotiogenic situations.
