Abstract
Theoretical aspects of a problem of integration of first-year students on educational environment in the conditions of current trends of a development of education and in the context of socialization of the personality are investigated. Recognizing that the educational environment is part social, phases of occurrence of the person on social environment are considered. The adaptation phenomenon as one of the leading components of socialization of future expert at a stage of its initial deployment on the first to a course at university is studied. The psychological aspect of integration of first-year students on educational environment is investigated, namely: motives of their training in a higher educational institution.
