Abstract
Dissertation is dedicated to the investigation of the features of overcoming of intrapersonal conflicts by teachers. An essence and consequences of intrapersonal conflicts are theoretically defined. The concept maintenance «overcoming of intrapersonal conflicts» are exposed; its basic mechanisms, and also conditions and the factors which influence of its constructability are allocated. Features of conflicts to which teachers tend to experience, their relationship with psychosomatic well-being is empirically revealed. Protective strategies of overcoming which can arise in a situation of the intrapersonal conflict are revealed. Special psychological programs directed to the aid of the teachers in constructive overcoming of intrapersonal conflicts have been developed. Their efficiency is proved.
