Abstract
In the article the possibility of using the inverted model class in Postgraduate Education. An example of the model inverted andragogical training and implementation of the principles of adult education: priority autonomy of education; the principle of joint activities, individualization, systematic training; actualization of learning outcomes; mainstreaming and awareness of learning outcomes. First performed on diagnosis needs teacher professional development, then each of them offered a lesson and offer electronic method of its implementation. The teacher has experience and chooses the topic of the lesson and technologies that can be used in the classroom. Completed tasks are placed on the Google drive to which access is provided to all teachers. Teachers review and comment on the lessons and colleagues. Tutor who organizes training, placing the site guidelines and materials on innovative techniques and best practices of teachers. Online teachers analyze each other's work and offer different methods of implementation. After individual and group work on electronic lessons teachers invited offline discussion, to discuss best practices (projects, tasks) and examines the need to implement these lessons in school. Teachers conduct postgraduate education lectures, practice, training place offline and online for teachers. In the offline sessions for teachers are offered a choice of distance learning courses. Distance courses reveal additional topics that are offline studied and new courses. Trained teachers online materials required are discussed offline. Terms implementation of this model: information and educational environment of postgraduate education, ICT Competency Framework for Teachers, the organization plans varied courses (in form, content, timing) and willingness to implement innovative technologies for learning and professional development. In preparing the materials in the model flipped classroom teachers deeply revealing those topics that are very well known, or vice versa studying the most complex topics, which are then discussed in a group
