Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of forming of scientific thesaurus of inclusive education in Ukraine. It is determined that ambiguous interpretation of the content of conceptual apparatus, which serves as the scope of joint education of children with special educational needs with their peers, needs to unify basic terms of inclusive education, because today there is a rather arbitrary of their interpretation, which leads to terminological uncertainty in theory of inclusive pedagogy. It was done an attempt to consider inclusive education (the new educational system) as a social and cultural phenomenon from the perspective of the methodology of systematic approach, including system-structural and functional-based approaches. Also it was outlined the need for scientific and methodological support of inclusive education, which contributed to the emergence of inclusive pedagogy as a new national educational knowledge. For the first time in the history of national education it was done the essence, object, subject, goal and objectives of inclusive pedagogy. It was determined that there was active implementation of the new educational system in two forms in Ukraine now: as inclusive and integrated education. The basic concepts are analyzed: inclusive and integrated education in terms of adequate interpretation according to the values established in national researches.
