The current social and political integration of Ukrainian society in the European sotsioprostir, economic cooperation and active cooperation and communication of national scientists in international cooperation prevents separation of the higher pedagogical education of Ukraine and its modernization without international experience. In the face of rapid transformation of the political and economic life before national system of professional training of pre-school education, the goal is preparation of competitive, creative, active and competent educator capable not only of self-actualization, but also to continuing professional development, improvement, lifelong learning that is the basic provisions of European teacher education. As international integration and globalization of education is an important tool for the implementation of new requirements and challenges facing modern education experts preschool education, and promotes mutual and complementary professional teacher education in different countries, the formation of professional competence of future teachers in the context of integration into the European educational determined relevance and requires a separate comparative analysis. Scientific interest in this research relates to the development of mechanisms of adaptation of national professional training of preschool education based concepts to study the characteristics of vocational training preschool teachers in Western Europe. The strategy of scientific inquiry is that the study of conceptual principles of training pre-school teachers, the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of their professional expertise in Western Europe, will enable the development of a new concept of professional training of preschool education in Ukraine that meets pan-European trends in the development of teacher education; would enhance, clarify and harmonize the contents of the key concepts of professional training of pre-school education; contribute to the improvement of training programs training future experts of preschool education.
