Abstract
The perspective of modern reorientation of the education system of Ukraine from reproductive education to research-based training is done in the article. Modern foreign researches on the problem of organization of educational process on the basis of research are analysed and determined the benefits of such a system could provide future professionals. In addition, there were defined teaching methods that can be effective in the organization of research-based training. One of the methods is specified as project study with making and presentation of academic research project by the student. It is noted that this academic research project can be carried out by studying of several subjects based on interdisciplinary. The attention is focused on the usage of research methods in the study of all disciplines provided by educational program. It was summarized main advantages of research-based learning in the training of future specialists and formation of theirs core competencies. Also we sure that research-based training must be combined with many other methods used in the educational process - problem-search, development of critical thinking, brainstorming, training etc. But they all have to submit to the common goal - the formation of future specialists’ competencies for effective professional, social activities. Comprehensively this can be done within a particular functional system. Such a system we predict research-based training that covers the full range of educational courses and passing through a system of staged training of personalities of new formation
